Persian cuisine is famous for it's kebabs, but for this evening, Chef Hamid from Shabestan will turn vegetables into the stars of his dishes.
Persian cusine owes it's diversity to its location on The Silk Road, turmeric from India, rice from China, tomatoes from the Ottoman Empire and local pomegranates and pistachios create a real explosion of flavours.
Chef Hamid will take you to his magical homeland, so that you can discover the aromas of saffron and rose water, the vibrant colours of tuemric and pomegranate. He has prepared for you, a special 7 course menu featuring:
